  During the purchase of our home, I was referred to Congressional Insurance Associates by my real estate agent, she told me to Michael a call and see what he could do. I was somewhat incredulous, but thought, what the heck? I had been a loyal customer of USAA for many years and was using many of their products and services, I thought there was no way Congressional would be able to match whatever quote I received from USAA. By now, this review has a fairly obvious ending – “I saved hundreds…” – that’s certainly nice, but more important to me, is that my family is more comprehensively covered. Michael Herson was able to get my family set up with much better levels of coverage than what I was receiving from USAA. Higher liability limits and lower comprehensive/collision deductibles on my auto insurance, for a lower annual premium. More complete home owners insurance including service line coverage, which wasn’t even offered by USAA. Personal Liability Umbrella coverage to protect my assets at rock bottom pricing. We saved so much money over USAA, that my wife and I were able to use the savings to purchase life insurance products we’d been putting off. Also, when he couldn’t beat one of my other insurers, he was honest about it, he didn’t give me the run around to make a sale. Michael is a down to Earth guy and the service provided the rest of the team at Congressional Insurance Associates is beyond compare. They are fantastically responsive, courteous, and honest. If you’re on the fence, give them a call and see what they can do for you. At worst, you have a conversation with a friendly person about your current insurance coverage. At best, you’ll save some money at the end of that conversation. Win-win.
