  I had this agent for over 10 years and they are very helpful and responsive to customers need. What I didn't like about this office is that they always scared me with consequences. In fact, my insurance never went down and it kept growing even I had no ticket. Every time I raised concern, I was given some explanation. Increasing my deductible brought my rate down but whenever I tried to increase my coverage to the previous deductible amount, the rate was increased. Therefore, I have changed the office and my rate went down by over $150 / 6 months.
